Hey there!

 

My name is Stefany, born, raised, and currently living in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I’m a daughter, fiancee, big sister, little sister, auntie, and an accounting student at MTU.

 

I’m engaged to an adventurous, constantly moving US Marine named Leo. He lives over 1000 miles away from me, so I spend a lot of time in North Carolina! His energy is unbeatable and he keeps me adventurous.

 

What I'm all about:

Mugs. I'm obsessed.

Road trips, especially with my close-knit group of girlfriends. 

Water: both salted and unsalted.

German Shepherds. Huge fan! 

Black pants. My go-to, as I can't seem to keep up with fashion.

Messy hair. No really, this isn't just a t-shirt I wear.

 

I love genuine people, and I love people who exude positive energy.

 

I've been taking photos for about 5 years now, and I seek to capture the raw, unique, and genuine personalities of people. Being able to meet incredible people, and then document their life is why this job is so rewarding.

 

Life is not perfect, and actually it is full of pain and messes that we might want to forget. But there’s so much sunshine that passes by us without us noticing. I want to capture that before it is gone. I don’t want to photograph perfection, but rather capture real moments and portraits of those people in your life that you love.

 

There is true value in capturing what is around us and just for a second, pausing life with a click of a shutter.
